For My Weekend Taste Testers

Among a fruit and veggie tray, chips, and s'more, the following is our weekend cabin camping menu, linked to recipes for your convenience. Happy tasting!

Saturday morning: Market Crab Benedict served with homestyle potatoes and fruit.
For the Potatoes: Dice several baby red potatoes, coat with extra virgin olive oil and season to taste. Bake at 450 until golden and cooked through, approximately 30 min OR bake whole potatoes in the microwave, then dice and season and pan fry in extra virgin olive oil until done, approximately 15 min.

Saturday dinner: Burgers, homestyle steak fries, and watermelon salad.
For the Fries: Slice several russet potatoes, toss with extra virgin olive oil and steak seasoning to taste. Bake at 450 until golden and cooked through, approximately 30 min.

Sunday morning: Blueberry french toast casserole served with eggs and bacon.

Snacking: Granola bars and strawberry shortcake.
