12 Days of Christmas

On the 2nd day of Christmas, my true love gave to me two turtle doves...

Dove Chocolate Discoveries Chef Series dark or milk chocolates - liquid tempered
Pecan halves
Caramel candy squares
Sea salt

Preheat oven to 350.

Place pecan halves in clusters on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Top each cluster with a caramel candy and a few grains of salt.

Bake for 5 minutes or until caramels are soft. Using the back of a buttered spoon, press down on each caramel to squish it into the pecans. Let cool completely.

Drizzle tempered chocolate over the cooled pecans and let cool before storing.
